Refund Policy

At Healthone healthcare you can pay it through different online payment modes and various payment methods. That being said, we do not accept a request for a refund in regard to a payment as our care provisions are services. And our offerings are mostly impromptu services that are answered as ‘quick response’ to customers. Although some refund policies apply only in very rare cases, still, there are certain policies that vary from situation to situation. Only in individual cases, on facts, are these refunds carried out.

Healthone Health care follows the following refund policies:

  • After one request for refund, the customer can’t make another request for refund for the same order.
  • You should forward payment details along with ID proof documents in order to claim your refund. We can only start the process of refund if your request is justified and scrutinize the above mentioned documents.
  • Any refund has no interest amount associated with it, whether it’s generated for the customer after the customer payment or if it is generated for the customer a day later.
  • Customers who repeatedly request a refund, with no good reason, will be blocked from accessing details under our website. Besides, their registration will be cancelled.
